This site processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why

  • Browsing data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) recorded by the server. Purpose: keeping the site secure and working. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Preferences (chosen language and cookie consent), stored in first-party cookies. Purpose: remembering your settings. Legal basis: provision of the service you requested and, where applicable, your consent.
  • Audience measurement, only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Purpose: aggregate usage statistics. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Contact details you provide when writing to us. Purpose: handling your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent or pre-contractual measures.

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

3. Retention periods

Server logs are kept only as long as necessary to ensure security. Cookies expire within the periods stated in the Cookie policy. Email enquiries are kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the applicable limitation periods.

4. Recipients

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Providers that render services to the controller — hosting and, if you accept it, measurement — may access data as processors, under a contract compliant with article 28 GDPR. Should any provider process data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards in chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses, will apply.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Write to [email protected] stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

6. Minors

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect the data, including HTTPS encryption of traffic.
