Bladnir is the website of the application ecosystem of the same name. It presents the ecosystem's tools and, where applicable, offers their downloads, release notes and documentation. Access is free of charge and requires no registration.

3. Conditions of access and use

Accessing the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. You agree to use the site diligently and, in particular, not to:

  • use it for unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith;
  • attempt to access restricted areas or systems, or compromise the site's security or availability;
  • introduce or spread malicious code;
  • extract data automatically in a way that harms the service.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The code, design, texts, images and the Bladnir brand, as well as the names of the ecosystem's applications, belong to the owner or are used with due authorisation, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.

Software distributed from this site is governed by its own licence, which prevails over this section as regards that software.

The site may contain links to third-party pages. The owner neither controls nor monitors their content and accepts no responsibility for it. A link does not imply any recommendation or relationship with the linked site.

6. Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from technical failures, interruptions or improper use, without prejudice to liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules; where the user is a consumer, the jurisdiction granted to them by the applicable legislation shall prevail.
