1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of bladnir.com and the download of the software offered on it, owned by Danilo Ulloa Pérez. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Downloads and licence to use

The ecosystem's applications are downloaded from this site or from the repositories indicated on each page. Each application comes with its own licence, and that licence determines what you may do with it. Unless the licence states otherwise, you are granted a personal, non-transferable right of use, and no intellectual property rights are assigned.

Decompiling, redistributing modified versions or commercialising the software without authorisation is not permitted, except to the extent expressly allowed by its licence or by law.

3. Availability and changes

The owner may modify, suspend or withdraw any content, version or download, as well as these terms, by publishing the updated version on this page. Please review it from time to time.

4. No warranties

The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that it is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for backing up your data before using it, especially when the tool operates on your own repositories, databases or files.

5. Limitation of liability

The owner is not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of the software or the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or the statutory guarantees granted to consumers.

6. Consumers

Where the user acts as a consumer, Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and other consumer protection rules apply. Free content and downloads give rise to no right of withdrawal, as there is no consideration; should paid products be offered in the future, their specific terms will govern that right.
